Our cleaning technicians are motivated to work hard in your
facility. We pay our technicians a salary instead of an hourly
rate. Cleaning technicians are evaluated on a nightly basis by
Enterprise Cleaning Corporation (ECC) management. Through strict management
controls, our technicians can work hard and make a salary
equivalent to twice industry standards. The concept is simple.
If someone is paid to clean a building on an hourly basis, they
will often go through the motions and take breaks, basically do
whatever it takes to get them to quitting time. If that same
person is paid a salary based on producing a clean facility
whether it takes them 8 hours or 4 hours, the technician has an
incentive to work hard and be more conscience of their work. |
After a technician proves themselves and has consistent good
reports, they are eligible to become a building supervisor..
Building supervisors can be promoted to become area managers.
Area managers can become regional managers and then regional
managers can become assistant managers. The harder people work
at ECC, the quicker they
advance. This method of promoting reduces technician turnover
dramatically. |

Often times the cleaners are in a facility long after the
office staff has gone home. Part of ECC's hiring process involves reference and
background checks. We are usually the only service that visits
every square foot of your facility on a nightly basis. If a
cleaning technician sees something out of the ordinary, they
report it to Enterprise Cleaning Corporation management. All of
our staff wears easy to identify uniforms and badges. This
makes it very easy for your staff to identify ours. |
Communication is key at ECC. Once you elect to use our
services, ECC management visits your account on a
regular basis. We work around your schedule. Whether you prefer
a daily, weekly or monthly walk-through, let ECC set up
a schedule that's convenient for you. Your assigned manager
will also leave you with a card, which gives you a number to
call 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. If an Emergency should arise,
just call us, 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. |
