Entrance - Reception Areas, Hallways, Office Cubicles, Lobby, Conference Room:

• Dust and damp wipe all horizontal surfaces of desks, tables, chairs, window sills, pictures
  and all permanent furnishings

• Empty all trash receptacles, wipe down if necessary and remove trash to dumpster

• Vacuum all carpet, including corners and edges

• Remove fingerprints from entrance glass and metal framing

• Spot clean, removing fingerprints and smudges from partition glass

• Dust mop and damp mop all hard surface floors, including corners and edges

• Dust top of cubicles

• Wipe down cafeteria tables and clean counter-tops

Restrooms

• Empty all trash receptacles, wipe down if necessary and remove trash to a collection point

• Clean and polish dispensers, mirrors and fixtures

• Clean and disinfect using a germicidal solution on all washbasins, toilet bowls and urinals

• Dust top of partitions, mirrors and fixtures

• Restock all paper products and hand soap (paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper provided by your company)

• Mop floor with a disinfectant

Six Month Schedule

• Wipe down duct work every six months

Twice a year Schedule

• Wipe all window blinds twice per year

• Wipe down all light fixtures twice per year

Enterprise Cleaning Corporation will provide all chemicals, equipment, labor and supervision.
