Then a plan is created that includes the best methods, products and staff. Whether a customer requires daily, weekly, monthly or semi-annual cleaning, Enterprise will accommodate any schedule and any budget. Close and regular communication with each customer ensures that all aspects of a job are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
And the work doesn't stop there. Enterprise continues to oversee and manage its employees throughout the duration of the job, guaranteeing peace of mind and satisfaction for every customer.
Once a proposal has been accepted by the client, Enterprise Cleaning Corporation creates a Schedule of Services that details the specific tasks, day by day, that have been contracted for. A copy of the Schedule is provided to the customer, to the cleaner(s) to keep in the janitor's closet and one is kept in our files. This ensures that the customer's expectations and Enterprise Cleaning Corporation's expectations are the same.
Once service has been initiated, a Supervisor or Director will visit the customer a minimum of once a month to see that they are happy and to address any potential issues or concerns that may arise. When problems are detected, the team immediately contacts the cleaner to rectify the problem and schedules a follow up visit to make sure that the problem has been corrected. In addition, the team schedules unannounced visits to check on the cleaners and provide any coaching or refreshing that may be required.
Finally, a customer service representative will frequently contact the customer to ensure that all is well and to schedule any specials that may be required such as a carpet shampoo, floor scrubbing, stripping and waxing, etc.
